Fear is a natural emotion, one of our basic and truest primal emotions. Fight or flight has been with us since the beginning of our species, it won’t leave us for thousands of years to come, if ever.  Fear is an emotion that has been with humans since the dawn of time.  It’s purpose, although now perhaps not as essential, is still serving a purpose. 

Now, it is more so something awe all out attempt to invoke it within ourselves.   (Obviously there are still times when we are actually scared.) 

With movies, books, and art.  We spend quite a bit of money to scare ourselves silly.  Turning our primal instincts into a cash cow (alone that is ironic).

With it being October, and Halloween right around the corner I thought I would try something fun.  First off, tell me with your words- what scares you?

Quid pro quo- You tell me and I’ll tell you.

I’ll go first with a minor one - Some bugs scare me silly.

Lately I have to confess, with my artwork and products I’ve been leaning toward a deliberate rockabilly and retro theme.

I’ve been going for fun and thematic type of designs.  I have to admit the whole thing has been growing on me for a little bit now, and I’ve finally decided to test things out.  In a nutshell I’m just trying to make it all fun and interesting.  I suppose you can all consider yourselves my test audience.
